Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Rivermark Sparrow Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Kansas City design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
