Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Greenridge Harbor Energy is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for outage response. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
