Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bluepeak Lantern Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
