Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Highbridge Mill Civic Services supports public agencies in Philadelphia with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
