Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Kestrel Pharma and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for release testing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
