Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bluepeak Drift Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Rochester with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
