Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Stonegate River Financial is a financial-services company in Cincinnati, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
