Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Cross Banking Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
