Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Greenridge Orchard Banking Services is a regional lender in Philadelphia with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
