Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Clearpath Drift Health Group provides primary and specialty care in El Paso, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 890 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
