Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Foxglove Drift Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Tucson serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
