Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Nova Amber Financial is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 814 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
