Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Summit Financial and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
