Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Highbridge Linden Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Anchorage serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
