Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight North Insurance and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
