Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Westbrook Iron Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Austin. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 661 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
