Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Summit Wren Care Services is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
