Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Highbridge Linden Inspection Services is an inspection company in Tulsa with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for scheduling. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
