Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Foxglove Haven Medical is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
