Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Raleigh, NC)

Highbridge Fern Energy is an energy provider in Raleigh focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for service connections. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
