Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Providence, RI)

Amberfield Wren Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Providence, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
