Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Providence, RI)

Westbrook Summit Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Providence region, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 840 people based in Providence. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
