Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Providence, RI)

Nova Willow Insurance Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
