Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Portland, OR)

Clearpath Maple Construction is a Portland contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
