Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Pittsburgh, PA)

Nova Amber Insurance Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
