Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Pittsburgh, PA)

Silverline Basin Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Pittsburgh serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
