Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Pittsburgh, PA)

Greenridge Orchard Banking Services is a regional lender in Pittsburgh with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
