Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Phoenix, AZ)

Summit Corner Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Phoenix and nearby communities, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for capital projects. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
