Highbridge Lantern Pharma Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for release testing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
