Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Phoenix, AZ)

Rivermark North Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Phoenix producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for batch records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
