Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Philadelphia, PA)

Cedar Juniper Health is a healthcare provider in Philadelphia with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
