Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Philadelphia, PA)

Silverline Orchard Inspection Services is an inspection company in Philadelphia with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
