Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Philadelphia, PA)

Clearpath Drift Foods produces packaged foods at its Philadelphia plant. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
