Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Philadelphia, PA)

Westbrook Summit Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for safety records. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
