Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Orlando, FL)

Cedar North Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Orlando, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
