Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Orlando, FL)

Redstone Amber Medical Partners designs and makes medical devices in Orlando, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
