Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Orlando, FL)

Silverline Oak Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Orlando area, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
