Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Orlando, FL)

Highbridge Cobalt Medical Group is a Orlando company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
