Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Omaha, NE)

Summit Juniper Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Omaha, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
