Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Omaha, NE)

Ironwood Ember Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Omaha. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
