Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Oklahoma City, OK)

Harborlight Granite Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for pipe repairs. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
