Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Cedar Juniper Inspection Services Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for field inspections. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
