Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bright Keystone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 728 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
