Westbrook Iron Medical is a Oklahoma City company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for device records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
