Ironwood Hollow Care Services is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
