Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Oakland, CA)

Foxglove Lantern Medical designs and makes medical devices in Oakland, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
