Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Northwind Wren Energy and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for service connections. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
