Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Minneapolis, MN)

Silverline Ashton Civic Services works with county and city offices around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
