Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Linden Banking Services Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 487 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
