Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Minneapolis, MN)

Lumen North Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
